Job Responsibilities

As the Logistics Part Leader, you will be responsible for the following: 

• Import - Export Management
  • Manage export sales CDS
  • Mange & advise BOD on import/ export policy, import tax/ VAT and SCT
  • Work with Customs Office & resolve issues related to Tax
  • Manage HS codes and HS classification, C/O issues for export
  • BOM management, CFS reports (liquidation) annually
  • AEO managements to align with the condition of AEO enterprise
• Logistics Management:
  • Logistics Service Provider Management (3PL)
  • Supports for Logistics global bidding.
  • Make efficiency logistics matrix in all products site and location.
  • Manage daily logistics performance
  • Make cost analyses and cost advice by zone and area.
  • Manage, follow up and solve all issues related to logistics claim & insurance claim
  • Work with related entity for import/export/ inland shipment issue & documentation
  • Inbound/Outbound Management GLAP:
  • Manage & follow up Shipping line schedule, Carrier using and cost calculation
  • Utilize direct shipment
  • Manage local distribution and long-haul transportation
  • Direct and Co-ordinate entire logistics operations in cost and time

Experience requirements

• At least 5 years in import – export field, experience of team management of 15~20 people
• Experience working with customs for tax liquidation & making CFS report
• Good communication, office & soft skills, fluent English (TOIEC : 650+)

Education requirements

• University degree in major related to international business/ foreign trade
