Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales support tasks, including documentation, coordinating with suppliers and customers for cargo receipt and delivery, and liaising with vendors for services.
  • Manage business applications and handle travel arrangements and expense settlements for the sales team.
  • Organize visits for suppliers, customers, and other counterparts.
  • Enter data into SAP and perform accounting tasks, coordinating with both internal and external departments.

Experience requirements

  • English-language proficiency is required.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office as minimum, other software to serve the work) are required
  • From 1 - 2 years' experience on Sales Assistant
  • Have Accounting background and experience are preferred.
  • Having good communication skills
  • Having good knowledge about business and trading transaction (domestic sales, import/export)
  • Having Ethic, Enthusiasm and Strong commitment. 

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a full-time university
