Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and control the bidding channel's pharmaceutical business operations in the designated territory.
  • Establish and maintain close contacts with all important parties who have an impact on the bidding channel business process, including partners, the hospital's board of directors, the department of health, the pharmacy department, the treatment departments, and other associated departments.
  • In charge of compiling a bidding list of items and quantities in accordance with designated targets, you must keep an eye on and gather bid information in the designated area.
  • Responsible for delivering complete and correct information, analyzing bidding documents, prices of competitors participating in the auction & opportunity and risk factors to meet the aim of winning the bid in the areas under the allocated area
  • After winning the bid, manage and oversee the local sales team to meet sales goals.
  • Utilize sales expenses wisely and within the allocated budget.
  • Create quarterly, annual, and monthly business development strategies.

Experience requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a comparable role.
  • Expertise and familiarity with pharmaceutical law as it relates to the bidding procedure.
  • Understanding of the business and marketing of pharmaceuticals.
  • Abilities to gather, evaluate, synthesize, and present data.
  • Skills in cooperation, negotiation, persuasion, and communication.
  • Time management, working skills, and problem solving abilities.
