Job Responsibilities

The Business Planning & Development Officer will play a vital role in our dynamic team, assisting the General Director and the Planning General Manager with business operations and strategy planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the engineering department to support the creation of business planning strategies.
• Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions and reports.
• Assisting in establishing strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the General Director or Business Planning General Manager.
• Further details will be discussed during the interview.

Career Development Direction:

• Initially, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn about the company’s business and technology through insights shared by the Planning General Manager.
• They will gain knowledge of business planning and development frameworks by participating in seminars in Japan.
• The candidate will learn to apply these frameworks to real business planning tasks under the guidance of the General Director.
• After the training period, they will take on the responsibilities of the Business Planning & Development Officer and continue to advance their career in strategic business planning.

Experience requirements

• Year of Experiences: More than 5 years in Business Development and sales planning.
• Language: Japanese, English, and Vietnamese
• (Must have)
  • Experience in Business Support/ Business Planning/ Business Development
  • Excellent communication in Japanese and English
  • Strong logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork and independent working skills
  • Be able to quickly adapt to challenging environment
• Preferred Skills & Knowledge (Nice to have): Being able to communicate in Vietnamese is a big plus (for Japanese candidates)
