Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics for events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain secure filing systems and assist with personal errands as needed.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, external stakeholders, and portfolio company executives.
  • Ensure effective communication within the company, keeping the CEO updated on projects, deadlines, and developments

Experience requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Access is a plus.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
