Job Responsibilities

Admissions Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to meet enrollment targets.
• Analyze enrollment trends and market data to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with school leadership to ensure alignment between admissions goals and the school’s vision and values.

Admissions Process Management:

• Oversee the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews, assessments, and final enrollment.
• Ensure clear communication with prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions data for analysis and decision-making.

Outreach & Recruitment:

• Plan and lead marketing initiatives, open houses, school tours, and events to promote the school.
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and other partners.
• Implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to attract prospective families.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the admissions department.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
• Represent the school at external events and conferences.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Monitor and report on key admissions metrics and provide regular updates to school leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to admissions.

Experience requirements

• Proven experience in admissions or marketing, preferably in education.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
