Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and Implementing Financial Strategies
    • Develop, implement, and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
    • Design and propose appropriate financial solutions for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
  • Financial Planning and Forecasting
    • Create long-term and annual financial plans and budgets, forecasting financial performance based on market trends and business scenarios. This includes projecting revenues, expenses, and cash flows to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor actual implementation versus planned financial and budgetary strategies. Manage expenditures in accordance with approved budgets.
    • Identify and advise the Board of Directors and Management on critical issues and recommended financial actions.
  • Financial Risk Management
    • Assess and manage financial risks associated with business operations, including market, credit, and interest rate risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the company’s assets.
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Develop cash flow plans and forecasts for the parent company and subsidiaries. Ensure sufficient cash flow to maintain business operations and future investments. This includes managing income and expenditures, monitoring cash flow, and optimizing capital structure.
  • Cost Optimization and Efficiency
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance financial efficiency through cost analysis, budget management, and negotiation with suppliers.
  • Building Management Reporting Systems
    • Establish, improve, and manage internal management reporting, internal control, and financial reporting systems for both the parent company and subsidiaries.
    • Ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Tax Management and Legal Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations, including accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial and tax reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Work closely with the Executive Board, Board of Directors, shareholders, investors, and financial institutions to provide financial information, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Business Strategy Support
    • Collaborate with other departments within the company to develop and implement business strategies while ensuring financial decisions align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Investment Evaluation and Fund Allocation
    • Assess the efficiency of investment opportunities and proposals. Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions and arrange funding for business projects and operations.
  • Shareholder Relations and Capital Raising
    • Handle shareholder relations, including providing regular reports and explaining information to shareholders of the parent company and subsidiaries.
    • Conduct capital-raising activities (if necessary), including fundraising proposals, roadshows, and engaging with investment partners.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Build and develop the finance team to ensure robust financial management capabilities for the company.
    • Train and guide finance personnel within the system, fostering a culture of efficiency and transparency.
  • Other Responsibilities as Assigned
    • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Executive Board and the Board of Directors.


Experience requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the position of Head/Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting, Chief Financial Officer, or equivalent management roles.
  • Experience working in hospitals, and clinics, or managing financial operations in parent-subsidiary corporate models.
  • Additional preference for candidates holding professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • Can use English for work

Education requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting and Auditing, Banking, or other related fields.
