Job summary

Our client is a modern clinic in the center of Hanoi, it has been newly established since the last year 2023.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage, oversee, and take responsibility for all operational activities of the clinic.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to create plans, set strategic directions, and guide the development of the clinic.
  • Establish and be accountable for achieving KPIs related to revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, service quality, and other business strategy objectives.
  • Participate in business planning and coordinate with relevant departments to implement promotional programs, advertising campaigns, and customer care initiatives to meet revenue targets set by the company.
  • Directly manage patient flow, propose resources to maximize service capacity for business demands while ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Monitor service delivery at the clinic to achieve business goals, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and directly manage relationships with corporate clients, particularly the Japanese community in Vietnam.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints beyond the capacity of other departments.
  • Develop plans to improve service quality in line with the company's standards.
  • Organize the collection and analysis of customer preferences and trends, predict service demands, and propose service expansions for the clinic.
  • Manage resources such as human capital, finance, accounting, materials, equipment, and tools in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Be accountable to the Board of Directors for monitoring revenue and expenditure, ensuring systematic operational processes at the clinic.
  • Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports on business performance and target achievement as required by the Board of Directors.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

Experience requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in clinic/hospital/hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a management/leadership role
  • Be able to communicate in English or Japanese (prefered)

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Medicine or Public Health.
  • Preferred candidates with certifications or degrees in Hospital Management.
