Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily meetings to guide provincial sales leaders and set KPI targets.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for provincial marketing teams while creating training materials for management.
  • Supervise and approve team plans, proposals, and content, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, costs, and effectiveness, providing guidance and actionable solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, directors, and external stakeholders to develop strategies, promotional campaigns, and new business opportunities.
  • Train leaders on relationship-building with stakeholders and expanding into new markets while maintaining the company’s public image.
  • Conduct market research, innovate business strategies, and ensure compliance with policies, reporting progress to upper management.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and scaling teams.
  • Experience working in a multi-site business environment (e.g., chain of clinics, retail, F&B).

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
