Job summary

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Management

  • Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet quality and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure production processes are optimized for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage raw material inventory and liaise with procurement for timely replenishment.

2. Quality Assurance

  • Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Work closely with the QA/QC team to implement corrective actions and resolve production issues.

3. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse workforce to achieve operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop career growth plans for team members.

4. Budget and Cost Control

  • Develop and manage the factory’s annual budget.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

  • Ensure the factory complies with local laws and regulations regarding health, safety, and the environment.
  • Promote safety awareness and implement effective HSE programs.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity.
  • Drive innovation in processes and technology to improve factory performance.


Experience requirements


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Education requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is strongly preferred.
