Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Goal Setting:

  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute regional sales strategies. Develop short and long-term plans to achieve growth targets, including revenue, market share, and other key business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure team members meet or exceed corporate-set sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and support in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. Track sales performance and regularly present progress reports to the Senior Regional Sales Manager and executive team. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies as necessary to stay on target.

Distributor & Customer Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail points. Oversee distributor selection, contract implementation, and conflict resolution as needed. Ensure optimal coverage and service standards are maintained across the region.
  • Drive execution standards across all retail outlets, ensuring the highest product presentation and brand image. Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize sales and distribution footprint.

Expense Management & Efficiency Improvements:

  • Review regional sales expenses and identify areas for cost optimization while maintaining the quality of operations and customer satisfaction.

Training & Development:

  • Train and develop the sales team, fostering teamwork and a high-performance culture. Organize regular seminars, meetings, and presentations to educate the team on sales strategies, market trends, and digital transformation.

Adaptability & Flexibility:

  • Be willing to rotate locations or take on new tasks and responsibilities as directed by the company's Board of Directors. Continuously adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities.

Experience requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the FMCG or consumer food industry.
  • Experience in system digitalization, data management, and sales force automation.
  • Strong relationships with distributors, agents, and VIP retail points.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within Vietnam as required by the role.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
