Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

  • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and components.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

Inventory and Warehouse Management:

  • Manage inventory levels to optimize costs while preventing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient storage and material handling practices.

Production and Logistics Coordination:

  • Work closely with production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and export/import activities, ensuring timely delivery.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, sales, and finance teams) to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.


Experience requirements

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lean supply chain principles and inventory optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics processes is a plus.


Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
