Accountant

Job summary

A new job opportunity as Accountant has just arisen in a Global Manufacturing company in Electronic which sets up its operations in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out the tasks listed in paragraph 8 in an orderly, independent, punctual, and rational manner using the latest technical and communicative means.
• The work must be carried out observing the prevailing environmental, work, and fire prevention regulations, both general and company specific. 
• Prepare payment by weekly, both local & oversea, make cash control by actual and other reports related to cash.
• Issue invoices to customers domestic and overseas.
• Filing documents, including documents in the Google Drive, as well as the sorting of Asana tasks.
• Data/reporting tracking for Project activities.
• Statistics reports, DIZA report by monthly, quarterly that are required by authorities, and the internal demands.
• Inventory control: input, output, control FGs by BOM & ensure balancing with actual.
• Record all transactions in Misa: GL, cash, inventory,...
• Work closely with the Chief Accountant on the Fast Close required by US GAAP.

Experience requirements

Skills

• Good command of MS software skills
• Fluent English is a Must
• Effective communication skills
• Controlling experience is a plus 

Education requirements

Accounting certificate:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Financial management
