Accounting Manager

Job summary

Our client is a manufacturer located in Bac Ninh and looking for a Accounting Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounting department to ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and uphold accounting principles and regulations to guarantee that accounting services are performed correctly, on time, and effectively.
• Plan the annual budget and conduct monthly analysis of actual expenses against the planned budget.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable while ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with department managers on financial planning, budget management, and implementing continuous process improvements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with company and legal requirements.
• Build and lead a strong, effective accounting team through coaching and training.
• Provide daily support and follow-up on SAP processes.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the company.

Experience requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including over 5 years as Chief Accountant in the manufacturing companies; prefer candidates to have experience working with government authorities
• Business oriented with strong Accounting and finance knowledge, Well understanding of Laws on Finance and Accounting
• Be skilled in using SAP software and advanced Excel skills
• Have proficiency in English, strong leadership, interpersonal and good problem-solving skills

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
