Job Responsibilities

  • Exercise leadership skill in the business to prepare for team building and office build-up in Vietnam in 2021.
  • Administer and monitor the assigned documents such as insurance bill.
  • Provide customer support via telephone. Work as the carrier communication between the insurance company and the customer.
  • Monitor the billing for Property & Casualty Insurance and the Claim Process....
  • Maintain and update customer data into the system.
  • Work closely with the American team (night shift 2 days/week).

Experience requirements

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role etc..
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Able to work in the PST Time Zone (2 days/week)....
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Fluent English is required; Korean (Speaking) is a plus
  • Long-term engagement in the Company..
