Admissions Consultant - Postgraduate Programs

Job summary

Adecco's client , a well-known International Institution in Vietnam is looking for Admissions Consultant - Postgraduate Programs, who has understanding of higher education trends, a proactive approach to student engagement, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic recruitment objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities

Student Engagement

• Counsel prospective postgraduate students, providing in-depth guidance on program options, admissions criteria, and career pathways.
• Assist candidates with application and enrollment procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and nurture partnerships with local and international organizations, including educational agents and corporate entities, to enhance recruitment pipelines.
• Organize and participate in events, such as open houses and informational webinars, to promote postgraduate opportunities.

Market Analysis and Strategy

• Conduct research to identify emerging trends in higher education and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for prospective students.

Reporting and Insights

• Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.

Customer Experience

• Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring prospective students and partners receive timely and accurate information.
• Actively contribute to enhancing student satisfaction and referral rates through consistent follow-ups and personalized support.

Experience requirements

• At least 03 years of proven consultation or sales experience in both B2B & B2C, in which at least 1 year in the education sector, preferably relating to international higher education or a proven track record of relevant work experiences demonstrating student recruitment ability.
• Experience in working with professional database management/CRM systems is an advantage

Education requirements

• Holder of bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable
• Study background from international universities in Vietnam or oversea universities is an advantage.
