Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Execution

  • Develop brand strategy, target audience, and product positioning.
  • Guide Retail Marketing Manager on effective marketing programs.
  • Recommend initiatives for brand awareness and marketing approaches.
  • Lead teams to execute marketing plans, including communication, events, retail campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Supervise content development and asset production to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Measure and report on campaign success.

Product Launch

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from development to launch.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Research to represent the Vietnam market in global and regional teams.
  • Partner with the Central Product Marketing team on pricing, features, and content to align with marketing strategies.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and its execution.
  • Represent the market for IMG/ASEAN GTM updates and share best practices with the ASEAN team.
  • Own the Marketing Launch Plan, covering communication, events, and product expertise.
  • Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Anticipate consumer trends, assess competition, and create action plans.
  • Ensure training materials for new product launches effectively support sales teams.
  • Work with CRM to boost customer engagement and loyalty.

Agency Management:

  • Work with agencies to ensure the right message reaches the target audience through the right channels, consistent with brand guidelines.
  • The ASEAN team creates launch strategies, develops creative content and assets, and suggests major ideas and initiatives. They also manage strategic partnerships (like Google, Meta, TikTok) to support local markets.

Experience requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field within a fast-paced industry (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics).
  • Knowledge of the consumer goods industry and market segmentation.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and Vietnamese government policies in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of business plans, brand positioning, consumer insights, and management.
  • Familiarity with media planning and creative asset management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese consumer behavior in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities for market research and competitive analysis.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal skills, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant sales/marketing software.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Education requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be an advantage.
