Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the market share of industrial lubricants. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in alignment with our strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial lubricant market, focusing on B2B customers in key sectors (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, heavy machinery).

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Expertise: Provide technical and commercial insights on lubricant products to customers, addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and improve product positioning.

Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close high-value deals.

Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product offerings with market demands.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance reviews for management.

Experience requirements

7+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial lubricants or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial lubricants and their applications is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required.

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
