Business Development & Planning Officer

Job summary

An excellent Business Development & Planning Officer job based in Hanoi has just arisen at one of the world's leading financial institutions in Japan.

Job Responsibilities

As the Business Development & Planning Officer, you will report to Team Head & Department Head and be responsible for the following:

• To act as supporting staff to promote the system to the bank’s customers. 
• To provide guidance and technical support to customers on using the bank’s system and supporting tools.

Experience requirements

• Have over 2-year experience as the sales staff in banking sector 
• Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines. 
• Good skills of teamwork, communication, reporting & interpersonal.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both oral & written), Japanese language is an advantage. 
• High leadership and management skills.
• Good sense of teamwork & responsibility, initiative, hardworking. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure. 
• Able to travel, working in the field with a potential of outside standard working hours, including weekend

Education requirements

• Good understanding in software engineering and acquired University degree in computer sciences is an advantage.
