Business Development Specialist

Job summary

Our client is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam, focusing on producing and distributing high-quality, affordable generic medicines across various therapeutic areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new drug opportunities for pipeline development.
• Gather, analyze, and forecast market data related to pricing, profitability, and market trends.
• Monitor and assess competitor developments and emerging products within the industry.
• Develop business cases and presentations based on market data to support product proposals.
• Research regulatory requirements and evaluate the feasibility of product registration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the launch and implementation of new products.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to direct supervisors, ensuring compliance with PMB guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend adjustments to processes and strategies in alignment with PMB standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field (pharmaceutical and medical research).
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including patents and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to handle detailed work across multiple concurrent tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, competitor behavior, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
