Business Manager (Footwear)

Job summary

Our client is looking for a Business Manager for the Footwear Business Unit

Job Responsibilities

• Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities in the footwear manufacturing industry.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key clients, particularly in shoe production and related sectors.
• Supervise and facilitate factory audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and client expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes in shoe manufacturing facilities.
• Drive negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure sustainable long-term agreements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Develop and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Experience requirements

• Strong experience in business development within the footwear manufacturing industry or a related sector.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese preferred) and English, with excellent communication skills.
• A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Education requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related degree in business management.
