Job summary

Leading MNC manufacturing company is currently looking for C&B Manager to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.


Job Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for both office and factory employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate accounting.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies, including personal income tax (PIT) matters.

Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI)

  • Administer all procedures related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance in compliance with local regulations.
  • Work closely with government agencies to process claims for sick leave, maternity, occupational accidents, and employee termination.
  • Monitor changes in labor and insurance laws and ensure timely updates to internal policies and procedures.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to contracts, salary adjustments, insurance, transfers, and terminations.
  • Track workforce changes and prepare regular reports for management.

Policy Compliance & Improvement

  • Review and propose improvements to compensation and benefits policies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Ensure all C&B practices comply with labor laws and internal company policies.


Experience requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in C&B, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment with 500+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI regulations, and personal income tax.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.Q
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English speaking

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
