Job summary

Adecco's client - a leading group in Fashion/Textile field is looking for a C&B Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising C&B members to carry out C&B tasks:
  • Manage monthly Payroll, and final payment and ensure the process and calculation are accurate, on time, and compliant with the Company policies and Labor Law
  • Process relevant documents for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization compliant with the Law. Solve the related issues: Employees Tax code, Dependent Tax code
  • Manage all issues related to SI, UI, HI, and ADI: Increase/decrease workforce, prepare required documents to claim social insurance benefits, reconcile and prepare payment, social booklet, and health insurance card….
  • Manage Annual Leaves and other leaves
  • Manage all issues related to Expat Services: Visa, work permit, Residence Card……
  • Manage C&B records: Employees’ dossiers, labor contracts, appendix, appraisal letter…
  • Design and control reports related to C&B: Expense report for Finance, Headcount Report/ Turn over and Onboard report, Labor Report, and other reports per departments’ request
  • Be in charge of internal/ external audit
  • Build and handle other benefits: health checkups, private health insurance…
  • Design and implement salary schemes, compensation, and benefits policies
  • Prepare and control HR budgets and planning: Headcount Plan, Personnel cost, and other costs related to HR
  • Coordinating with Managers to resolve all HR matters
  • Develop and maintain Policies, Progress, Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements, and documents that are both compliant with the law and align with the Company’s objectives
  • Support the annual compensation review process and lead compensation reviews and projects
  • Develop and manage HR System (Database & Payroll)
  • Assist C&B Manager in making engagement plans for all employees: 20/10, 1/6, family day…
  • Performing reports and other jobs as assigned by Line Manager.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience within C&B.
  • Expertise in Vietnamese social legislation
  • Working knowledge in Employee Relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship builder and personal credibility
  • You have a good conceptual and problem-solving thinking ability
  • Regularly update labor law and make sure that all HR services are complying.
  • Good English (speaking + writing)

Education requirements

  • University graduates with a major related to HR are preferable
