Job summary

Our client, a company specializing in Chiller, HVAC is hiring a potential candidate for the Sales Manager position. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Country Leader in driving the Sales Team to achieve company targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the Sales Team to ensure that the market is sufficiently covered by the company.
  • Coach and support Sales Engineers in finding, developing, and maintaining good, qualified relationships with project owners and M&E contractors.
  • Build up a comprehensive project pipeline and closely follow it up to maximize the win rate.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Work with HR to grow the capabilities of team members by identifying their training needs and improving their engagement with the company and business performance.
  • Run weekly and monthly sales meetings and report to the Country Leader.

Experience requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • The candidate must be proficient in consultative, relationship, listening, and selling skills. They must also be able to solve business problems and understand the needs of consumers.
  • The candidate must be highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work well in a team environment and be proficient in computer usage.
  • The candidate must be customer-focused, fast-responding, collaborative, and able to build and develop relationships internally and externally. They must also be open to change, strive for excellence, and be result-oriented and innovative.
  • Has strong relationships with customers in the field of mechanical and electrical (ME) engineering and construction, especially with investors. This is due to the company's policy of direct selling, with limited sales through dealers or ME contractors.
  • A strong leader, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of experienced professionals.
  • Has experience working in multinational companies, which is a valuable asset in the globalized business world.

Education requirements

  • A degree in HVAC or mechanical engineering is preferred.
