Job Responsibilities

Community Growth and Engagement

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage relationships across digital platforms and organize events (online/offline)
• Create engaging content and facilitate discussions to encourage interaction

Strategic Leadership and Partnerships

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members
• Establish partnerships with relevant crypto communities
• Identify and empower community leaders and influencers

Data Analysis and Communication

• Analyze community data to inform product development and strategy
• Maintain consistent communication across community channels
• Implement long-term growth strategies based on insights

Experience requirements

• 4+ years of community management experience, with a proven track record of growing Web3 communities, is preferable
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are a plus: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
• Proficiency with community management tools and data analysis
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in community growth strategies and event planning
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced, global remote work environments
• Skill in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
