Corporate EHS Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - a global hi-tech manufacturer based around Ho Chi Minh is on the outlook for a highly competent Corporate EHS Manager to join the manufacturing team here. This role ensures full compliance with local regulations and corporate EHS standards, while fostering a strong safety culture within high-tech, cleanroom environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs, audits, and risk assessments for both sites.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local legal requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, training, and drills.
• Monitor hazardous materials, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.

Experience requirements

• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably in high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese EHS laws and international standards.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety Engineering, or related field.
