Job Responsibilities

  • Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations internal systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Reporting of KPI’s results (weekly, monthly, yearly)
  • Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
  • Provide visibility to planning department to facilitate production activities
  • Communication with planning team to make plans to achieve external customer satisfaction.
  • High ability on multitask activities while attending customer requirement by phone our personal meetings.
  • Assure Customer Satisfaction by understanding the voice of the customer in all related areas
  • Stablish good relationship with customer to obtain useful information to implement improvement actions.
  • Balance the importance of customer satisfaction vs company interest
  • Management and Follow up of Receivables.
  • Effective Management of Customer Feedbacks and Claims
  • Visit Customers (Local and Overseas)

Experience requirements

  • At least 2 Years experiences.
  • Facilitates the collection of competitive information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities.
  • Works with the organization’s other branch/regional offices to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
  • Answers customer inquiries/communications as required and attends regular customer service departmental meetings
  • Provides activity/statistical summary reports each week to Managers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education requirements

  • Good Image and Presentation.
  • Degree Level (Graduated): Business Administration. Must be 100% bilingual (English-Vietnamese).
  • High Conference call abilities.
