Job Responsibilities

  • To act as supporting staff to promote MGeB to the bank’s customers;
  • To provide guidance and technical support to customers on using MGeB system and the bank’s supporting tools.

Experience requirements

  • Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines;
  • Good skills of teamwork, communication, reporting & interpersonal;
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both oral & written); Japanese ability is preferable;
  • Good understanding in software engineering and acquired University degree in computer sciences is an advantage
