Job Responsibilities

  • Performance Management System:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals, promoting employee engagement and development.
    • Design and manage performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
    • Manage and maintain the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all current regulations.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of the performance evaluation process.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
    • Organize training sessions and guide employees on the performance evaluation process.
    • Analyze evaluation data and provide reports and improvement recommendations.
  • Liaison with Headquarters:
    • Collaborate with HQ to develop and implement performance-based incentive programs.
    • Handle tasks related to HR activities connecting with the parent company.
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports on the subsidiary's HR status.
  • Assistant to the HR Manager:
    • Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies.
    • Participate in meetings, prepare documents, and take meeting minutes.
    • Participate in training activities as an interpreter and Korean language instructor.
    • Handle the reception of Korean delegations.
    • Perform other tasks as required by the HR Manager.

Experience requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of C&B experience, preferably in performance management in manufacturing, trading companies
  • Korean native, can speak English well. Prefer to have Vietnamese language skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and Korean. Fair command of English.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Education requirements

Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Korean Language, Economics, or related fields
