Our Client, a company in the Food Manufacturing industry, is looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist in Pet Nutrition
Job Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist will support the National Marketing Supervisor in managing and executing marketing activities and campaigns to promote our pet food products and services. The primary focus will be on enhancing online visibility, driving consumer engagement, and increasing sales through various digital platforms.
Consumer Journey Development:
- Create seamless consumer journeys that effectively promote brand awareness and drive sales of our pet food products.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
- Design and implement social media promotions and online advertising initiatives to maximize audience engagement.
Social Media Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices to enhance brand visibility and reach.
E-commerce Platform Management:
- Support the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility.
- Focus on perfect online display and promotion to attract and convert potential customers.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor e-commerce analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze data, identify trends, and determine areas for improvement.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital and e-commerce campaigns, evaluating them against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
Market Trends & Innovation:
- Stay informed about emerging e-commerce trends, new digital platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the online retail experience continually.
Vendor & Agency Collaboration:
- Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in campaign execution.
- Assist in other marketing activities as needed, providing support during high-demand periods.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of project execution.
- Hands-on experience in digital/e-commerce marketing.
- Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- B2C and sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
Education requirements
- University Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
