Job summary

Adecco's client, a leading bank in Vietnam, is seeking a Enterprise Banking Hub Director to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Manage loan portfolio quality, risk control, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue growth, loan and deposit expansion, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Oversee daily banking operations, sales performance, and customer service excellence.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a strong corporate culture.

Experience requirements

• 8+ years of experience in banking/finance, with 4-6 years in banking leadership.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, risk management, and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Banking.
