Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will lead and support a team of medical representatives to effectively implement the business strategy for the designated area, aligned with the direction of the business unit and product portfolio. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Territory Oversight & Growth Initiatives:

  • Plan and coordinate activities and initiatives to meet or surpass performance targets. Drive both individual and team productivity to deliver strong outcomes. Ensure all efforts align with the overarching strategic goals. Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the customer database. Monitor territory performance with regard to the dissemination of product-related information and ensure ongoing educational initiatives are conducted within the assigned area. Foster and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders and networks.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Provide in-field coaching to enhance capabilities in product presentation, territory planning, communication, and technical knowledge. Inspire and develop team members to cultivate a results-driven mindset. Oversee the execution of work plans by the medical representative team to ensure operational alignment.

Cross-functional Cooperation:

  • Work collaboratively across departments to deliver optimal service to external stakeholders. Take part in joint field visits, regional sessions, national events, and internal company meetings. Coordinate closely with colleagues in functions such as Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence to maximize the success of promoted products.

Regulatory and Ethical Compliance:

  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and external regulations. Support the training and monitoring of compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct and operational guidelines.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales representative background in the pharmaceutical industry with 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication with English proficiency.
