Position: Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist

Working place: Mapletree Business Center, District 7, HCMC

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9AM to 6PM

Job Responsibilities

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1.Employee Engagement (70%)

  • Promoting the company's culture – together with the Pops team to create an inclusive and fun culture by planning & implementing meaningful engagement activities.
  • Employee Recognition and Milestone – implement employee recognition programs for each employee milestone at the company to boost morale.
  • The employee engagement survey - help to drive efforts related to using data and survey outcomes to identify & build action plans with the most valuable themes and stories to help our teams improve engagement and experience.
  • Analyzes data and identifies key insights to measure the effectiveness of engagement programs and make improvements.

2.Internal Communications (20%)

  • Oversee our established internal communications channels (e.g. surveys, focus groups, all hands, employee newsletters, email announcements) for gathering employee feedback and insights, using this data to improve internal messaging and engagement.
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal content, and other communication tools.


3.Others: Performs other duties as assigned by management. (10%)



Experience requirements

Requirement

  • At least 2+ years in employee engagement & internal communications or related field
  • Experience in developing & organizing events for 500+ employees
  • Strong communication skill, with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Content Creation & Event planning
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, update on the latest technology and social media trends.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment



Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree above
