Job summary

Our client is a Hongkong textile manufacturer based in Dong Nai.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production activities at the garment manufacturing site, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring sewing line output, supervising workforce performance, and upholding workplace safety standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to meet production targets in volume, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery, while ensuring high levels of customer and employee satisfaction; coordinate closely with headquarters and affiliated factories in China.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to create effective operational plans that maximize facility utilization and meet ambitious production goals.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and execute innovative operational strategies to optimize factory workflows and performance.
  • Take proactive steps in expanding or establishing new operational units to support growth and scalability.
  • Inspire and lead teams through strong communication, employee engagement, and motivational leadership.
  • Foster talent development, promote a people-oriented culture, and establish succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain effective factory governance by enforcing policies, ensuring compliance, and promoting a disciplined and structured working environment.

Experience requirements

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, with a solid foundation in garment and textile production processes, particularly in quality assurance and control practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role; background in the textile sector is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments.
  • Prior overseas work experience will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Hong Kong, Mainland China, or those who are native Chinese speakers.
