Job Responsibilities
· Take overall responsibility for factory operations, performance, and productivity.
· Ensure all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met and enforced.
· Oversee daily operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and
· quality control.
· Hire, train, and supervise teams to meet output targets and quality standards.
· Maintain compliance with local labor, health, and environmental regulations.
· Maintain all factory documentation, including safety logs and compliance reports.
· Monitor and optimize costs, factory expenses, and production efficiency.
· Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Implement efficient processes and continuous improvement.
· Oversee the acquisition, maintenance and repair of factory equipment and fixtures.
· Provide ongoing updates on performance, KPIs, results, and key insights to the executive leadership
· team to support informed decision-making.
· Take on additional projects, tasks, and opportunities as they arise
Experience requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in a similar role as Factory Manager or Assistant Factory Manager.
· Proven leadership in manufacturing environments; experience in home appliances, refrigerator, or A/C systems is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of assembly processes, safety procedures and quality management
· Demonstrated ability to take initiative, apply critical thinking, and manage projects effectively while
· prioritizing tasks in alignment with company goals.
· Proven ability to lead teams, solve operational problems, and improve workflows.
· Experience in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively explain issues and propose solutions.
· Proven ability to pivot quickly to new projects and ideas.
· Strong track record of process improvement and problem-solving.
· Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
· A team player who drives open communication and collaborates effectively with others.
Education requirements
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
· Strong English communication skills.
· Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
