Job Responsibilities

• Technical & Sales Support:
• Have a deep understanding of company’s product portfolio, including design, features, applications, and market differentiation.
• Work closely with product teams to address product limitations, feature requests, and provide customer feedback.
• Explore new customers & opportunities to promote company products.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and challenges in product application.
• Conduct product presentations, and technical consultations to showcase company's product capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales & product teams to develop tailored technical solutions and product configurations that meet customer specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including detailed specifications, product customization, and application support.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate key insights to internal teams for product improvement and development.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and ensure customer loyalty.
• Act as the main technical liaison between company and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure that any concerns or issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product and support to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Document and report technical issues, solutions, customer feedback, and application details.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to sales teams to support product and strategy decisions.

Experience requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role, preferably within the components, electrical & electronics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in components, electrical, electronic, or related fields.
• Good understanding in AI applications, IC reference design, Energy, Telecom/Network/5G, EV, M2M applications will be a strong advantage.
• Prefer candidates with current wide network or relationship with related hardware R&D centers in Vietnam.
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Languages: Proficiency in English
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for meeting with customers

 

Education requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
