Job summary

An excellent Sales Manager job based in Ho Chi Minh city has just arisen at a multinational Engineering Plastic supplier.

Job Responsibilities

Business Growth and Client Acquisition:

  • Focus on identifying and securing new B2B customers, especially within the injection molding industry.
  • Key industries to target include Automotive, Infrastructure, Electrical, Telecommunications, and Consumer Goods.

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize strategies such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to generate and qualify new leads.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospective clients, understand their specific needs, and offer customized solutions in engineering compounds.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects and closing deals to providing post-sale support.

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Experience in B2B sales with knowledge of engineering compounds or similar products.

Experience requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Engineering Polymer Compounds (1st Priority), Injection Molding Machine Manufacturing (2nd Priority), or Plastic Manufacturing Industries (3rd Priority).
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% for customer visits and business development activities.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Plastic Processing Technology (preferred).
