Field Service Engineer

Job summary

Adecco's client is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for our Machinery business in Vietnam. The role will focus on technical consultancy, customer support, and ensuring high service quality for both new and existing projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for machinery solutions across the Vietnam market.
• Offer technical consultancy for new and existing projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to approach new customers and maintain relationships with current clients.
• Work closely with the technical team to propose solutions that meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with regional support teams and machinery manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
• Handle customer technical complaints promptly and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on technical matters for internal and customer review.
• Support internal teams (such as purchasing) regarding spare parts lead times and ordering processes.

Experience requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical support or field service role.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems or printing technology.

Language Skills: Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and related technical software (Level A certification or higher).

Education requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Printing Technology.
