Finance Controller (Junior level)

Job summary

Adecco is supporting our client, a European high-tech manufacturing company recruiting for a Junior Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Determining the administrative organization of the company and monitor correct procedures and regulation.
• Editing and creating financial documents, such as sales and purchase invoices, cash and bank statements.
• Manage and take care of the accounts receivable and accounts payable administration.
• Reporting and advising the General Manager and Headquarters NL regarding liquidity position, investments, budgeting, etc.
• Monitor relevant legal obligations in the financial field, such as tax and social insurance deductions, payments and reports.
• Processing the payroll, in close cooperation with the HR Officer.
• Providing and analyzing periodic financial report, preparing the annual accounts, analyze the financial data, providing explanations and recommendations or taken actions.

Experience requirements

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in an international environment in Finance, Accounting or relevant.
• Strong competencies in Financial, accounting, tax.
• Very good understanding of laws and regulations.
• Good command of English
• Energetic and high motivated

Education requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field (Business, Management, etc.).
