Job summary
Adecco' Client, a leading Europe company in Automotive field, is looking for Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Deploys an action plan concerning the customers (dealer) in the assigned territory
- Develop (together with concerns parties) and deploys the necessary tools and documentations which are to be used with customers
- Create the development of sales volume and share of market concerns the assigned territory; Develop volume and share of market of their portfolio
- Bring in or create new dealers.
- Contribute to promotion events and carry-on company campaigns to dealer and end users
- Develop a performance report and circulation to concerned parties.
- Collaborate with concerned parties to ensure all customer issues are effectively treated.
- Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer
- Consolidates market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environment…)
- Monthly visit of priority customers followed by visit report with an action plan
Experience requirements
- 5 years experience in sales position. Preferable in the automobile and lubricant industry or tool or machinery
- Hunting mindset and ambition to succeed.
- Good Analyst skills
- Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
- Good under pressure and non-standard working time
- Patient, hard working
- Willing to travel, flexible on working time.
Education requirements
Bachelor Degree or higher in Technical, Engineering, Business Administration or related majors.
