Food Quality Assurance Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - An food & beverage manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager, working frequently in Thai Nguyen

Job Responsibilities

• Create, revise, or update management plans for Quality and Food Safety standards in production.
• Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards, suggesting improvements for any identified issues.
• Lead preventive and corrective actions.
• Manage the implementation and operation of the ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 management systems.
• Prepare reports on Quality and Food Safety as needed for relevant stakeholders.
• Manage third-party or customer audits, driving corrective and improvement initiatives.
• Address customer complaints.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Experience requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in managing departments related to food or beverage quality assurance, with a focus on food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and other relevant food safety and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to drive change and inspire continuous improvement.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
