Job Responsibilities

Cost Optimization and Team Leadership

• Strategic Planning and Development:

  • Design and implement cost strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead projects to establish and maintain effective costing processes.

• Operational Management:

  • Apply cost engineering techniques to identify inefficiencies and optimize costs.
  • Review and analyze reports to detect issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve optimal pricing and cost efficiency.
  • Support leadership with strategic and operational insights for decision-making.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Guide, mentor, and develop the Brand Costing team to achieve organizational goals and seasonal margin targets.
  • Set team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and monitor ongoing performance for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and factory partners to ensure effective collaboration.


Experience requirements

Work Experience:

  • Over 8 years of relevant experience in footwear costing and/or manufacturing, including at least 3 years in people management, supervising and leading teams.

  • Advanced Excel and strong IT systems proficiency.
  • High level of integrity and adaptability to change.

Education requirements
