Job Responsibilities
Admissions Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to meet enrollment targets.
- Analyze enrollment trends and market data to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with school leadership to ensure alignment between admissions goals and the school’s vision and values.
Admissions Process Management:
- Oversee the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews, assessments, and final enrollment.
- Ensure clear communication with prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions data for analysis and decision-making.
Outreach & Recruitment:
- Plan and lead marketing initiatives, open houses, school tours, and events to promote the school.
- Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and other partners.
- Implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to attract prospective families.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the admissions department.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
- Represent the school at external events and conferences.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Monitor and report on key admissions metrics and provide regular updates to school leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to admissions.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in admissions or marketing, preferably in education.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
