Head of Product Development

Job summary

A leading EU manufacturing company is currently looking for a Head of Product Development to be based in Dong Nai.

Job Responsibilities

•  Lead strategic product development planning to balance cost, resources, and customer value
• Manage and optimize master model development using innovative and additive manufacturing techniques
• Oversee CAD/CAM engineering, ensuring design data is production-ready and documentation is standardized
• Drive continuous improvement by applying new technologies and feedback to enhance process efficiency
• Keep up with emerging production methods to improve time, cost, and quality
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure smooth execution and long-term success in manufacturing

Experience requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing and experience in process modeling
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related
