Job summary

Our client - a leading manufacturer of innovative technology solutions for various industries is looking for talented candidate to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term, medium-term, and long-term production plans aligned with business goals.
• Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring smooth coordination and project execution.
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and cost efficiency while maintaining high product quality.
• Lead and develop a skilled production workforce, ensuring training, performance management, and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry standards for quality and safety.
• Monitor key KPIs (cost per unit, yield, downtime, scrap rate) and implement improvement measures.
• Maintain accurate production records, audits, and compliance documentation.

Experience requirements

• 8-10 years in mechanical fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
• Experience leading production teams and optimizing processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AWS, ASME, 5S, and lean manufacturing.
• Expertise in mechanical precision processing: CNC, welding, cutting, surface treatment, and assembly.
• Skilled in inventory control, production planning, and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP preferred.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
