Job summary
Adecco is supporting our client, an FDI in the electronics manufacturing field looking for an HR Assistant Manager (Korean and Vietnamese speaking) to work in the factory in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
1. Evaluation System Management:
- Build and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns with organizational goals and encourages employee engagement and development.
- Design and manage performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback and coach employees to improve employee performance
- Manage and maintain the company's salary, bonus and welfare programs, ensuring compliance with all current legal regulations.
- Ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal process is accurate and effective.
- Conduct market research and analysis to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent
- Organize training sessions and guide employees on the performance appraisal process.
- Analyze assessment data and provide reports and suggestions for improvement.

2. Connection with Parent Company:
- Partner with HQ to develop and implement performance-based incentive programs.
- Carry out assigned tasks related to human resources activities connected with the parent company.
- Report personnel periodically and upon request on the personnel situation of the subsidiary.
3. Assistant Manager:
- Support the Head of Human Resources in implementing human resources strategies.
- Participate in meetings, prepare documents and meeting minutes.
- Participate in training activities such as interpreting and teaching Korean
- Responsible for welcoming Korean delegations
- Other tasks as requested by the department head
Experience requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources related to C&B and performance evaluation
- Skill:
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Organizational and time management skills.
+ Foreign language: Korean (proficient in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).
+ Good ability to listen, speak, read and write English.
+ Proactive and flexible attitude at work.
Education requirements
- University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Korean, Economics or related fields.
