Job Responsibilities
Accountable for the delivery of People Strategies as an HR business partner to the business function.
- Translate goals and plans from corporate strategies into themes for a People strategy and ensure its effective implementation at the business unit and aligned with Global People Strategies.
- Work with the Transactional Manager to develop a cost-effective HR budget for respective sites.
- Drive for change: undertake and implement regular review of existing people and HR processes and practices and bring about progressive changes in alignment with People & Business goals.
- Work in partnership with the business manager and the HR Expert function to execute the right learning and development program /initiatives.
- Support the delivery of people capability development and an effective succession plan.
People Acquisition
- Partnering with business leaders to identify current and future needs in personnel and develop an effective workforce planning and sourcing channel/solution to improve the selection and hiring lead time and quality of candidate intake.
- Ensure the manning availability and delivery of hiring through cost-effective and efficient channels.
- Coordinate with Other HR experts and the Transactional function to ensure an effective onboarding program for new joiners.
Employee Relationship Management
- Create and cascade industrial relations policies and frameworks for the sites. Develop and execute ER strategies for sites aligned with overall ER strategies.
- Provide direction and guidance, spearheading collective bargaining discussions, and ensuring the delivery of ER and HR Strategies for the respective business unit.
- Take the lead for all kinds of HR ER policies updates to ensure the optimization of HR workflow, process to reduce legal issues, in compliance with the company's policies, guidelines, and regulations to prevent risk
- Manage whistle-blowing cases and be involved in investigation actions whenever required. Handle employee complaints/disputes or arbitration cases and deliver a win-win.
- Support the local business in terms of restructuring, resourcing, including lay offs if any.
- Facilitate full compliance with all labour laws and regulations through periodical review, health checks, audit, and initiate actions to bring full legal compliance. Manage day-to-day compliance activities and actions at the site (Present as HR leaders to work with external parties such as Customer audit, Government audit, employee relations etc.).
Others
- Manage Admin functions for the Hung Yen branch.
Experience requirements
- At least 10 years working experience in HR field, minimum 5 years practices either in the area of recruitment or/and industrial employee relation and /or as HR business partner role at management level.
- Solid and comprehensive knowledge in local labour law, regulations and rules and in-depth experience in applying the labor law in day-to-day HR activities and planning.
- Basic knowledge and experience in talent management and succession plan and career path advisory, Sound knowledge in generic interview skill and assessment tools.

Bachelor's Degree in HR, BA, etc.
