Job summary

Adecco's client - a multinational construction machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Chinese speaking)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team to develop and implement annual recruitment plan.Responsible for the employee recruitment and dismissal;
  • Assist the management team to make the company HR plan;
  • Familiar with Vietnam labor law and salary system convention. Optimize the company salary systemandfollow the salary payment;
  • Responsible for the employee training and development plan;
  • Apply for the payment of employee;
  • Employee daily attendance management;
  • Be able to deal with staff labor disputes;
  • Employee KPI and OKR management;
  • Company management regulation draft and transmission;
  • Assist the management to deal with the daily management work;
  • Be able to do the employee performance evaluation and submit the suggestion about HR for management team.

Experience requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR experience;
  • Good understanding of Vietnam labor law;
  • Proficient in MS office;
  • Good command of English; ability to use Chinese is an advantage;
  • Good writing ability;
  • High-Efficiency, high responsibility.

Education requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.
