Industrial Engineer

Job summary

Adecco's client - a leading electronics manufacturer is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement Lean practices such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), continuous flow, 5S workplace organization, takt time studies, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, waste identification, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Analyze current manufacturing systems and processes to identify value-added and non-value-added activities.
• Lead Kaizen events to uncover and implement operational improvements.
• Create, document, and train team members on standardized work instructions.
• Design and improve workstations and layouts to enhance ergonomics and reduce inefficiencies.
• Plan, design, and optimize production layouts and workflows using lean manufacturing techniques.
• Lead projects focused on optimizing PCBA and mechanical assembly processes.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in Lean Manufacturing principles, including VSM, 5S, SMED, pull systems, takt time, cycle time, TPM, and waste reduction.
• Hands-on experience with PCB Assembly, mechanical assembly, and box build operations.
• Proficiency in process analysis tools and workflow time studies.
