Our client is looking for an IT Manager to join their company and to continue developing their high-performing team

Job Responsibilities

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the management of VN's infrastructure, technical support, and telecommunications.
• Lead the establishment of an improved computer network and associated services.
• Optimize server deployment to ensure cost-effective high service levels.
• Coordinate the procurement of hardware, software, and services within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure the security, availability, resilience, and performance of IT systems.
• Manage Helpdesk operations to swiftly address issues.
• Handle contract negotiations and escalate customer concerns externally.
• Actively participate in the VN IT Management team with a proactive approach.
• Contribute to IS budget planning and set performance targets aligned with national strategies.
• Foster a culture of high performance, recruit top talent, and identify training needs for the Technical Services team.

Experience requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and around 10 years of experience in the IT field, with over 4 years at the regional level
• Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-centric mindset
• Possess exceptional creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy
